I have used a few different window cleaning services in the past, but I have to say that ELM was by far the best. They are great to deal with all around from start to finish. The work and service was impeccable. Very friendly and easy to talk to yet ultra professional service. They also offer track cleaning and screen replacement in addition to their window washing service. I would give more stars if I could! Thank you!

I found Elm simply by doing a search on Yelp. I called last year and received a quote for my condo association. Due to the pandemic we ended up putting it on hold, but finally I called them and scheduled the service.
The young lady who answers the phone has always been extremely patient and flexible which is truly appreciated. She took her time altering a number of estimates and going over the price structure. She also had no problem separating the invoices after I told her my neighbor and I wanted to pay separately.
My neighbor and I were able to schedule our cleanings on the same day. My appointment was for 2pm, but the gentleman (2) arrived a half hour early and were ready to work. (I had told the receptionist that my neighbor and I both work from home) They cleaned my windows and screens in about 3 hours. The screens cost $5 each and the windows cost $299. (I live on the 3rd floor) It was slightly cheaper for my neighbor since she lives on the first floor. The windows are spotless! They haven't been this clean since I bought the place a few years ago.
The gentlemen who came out were affable, polite, efficient and hard working. I was more than happy to tip them $20 each. I'm very satisfied with the job they did and wouldn't hesitate to use ELM again or refer them to others.
